So has anyone else purchased 3 packs of ink and have one not work?

I have wasted hours on the phone to get a new cyan cartridge.. finally got person saying they will send me a new one .. today I get a call back telling me it's the print head that needs replacing. really .. so how much would that cost me? to which I get I'll have to look that up... come on professionalism is a joke at HP.. I have always believed HP has the clearest black printing , but I can buy a new printer for 100.00 why would I just purchase a print head... so unhappy with the lack of service in these tough times.
