Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Has anybody found a solution to stuck in restart? Envy 7855 decided to restart and get stuck. I think hp put out a bad update or my new cartridge did something. Can we reset using the USB? Yes, I did all the stupid unplugging etc steps.
