Somehow the language accidentally got changed to a foreign one and I am unable to change it back to English.

If you are unable to read and navigate through the settings due to the Foreign language, I suggest you perform a Semi Full Reset
Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
