Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

"Print Fail      Something went wrong when trying to print. Please check your printer and try again."    My HP Laserjet M209dw  worked  faultlessly until I cancelled  HP Instant ink program.  I have   reinstalled the printer several times and rebooted  the PC several  times.  I can print from Adobe Acrobat,  Excel and  Word  but not from the web..  Suggestions?
