I need help. My printer keeps getting stuck on spooling.  I have run HP diagnostics and says all is good. I went in can cleared my printer spooling, restarted my entire system and still have the same problem. Has any experienced this or have any additional ideas?

If a print job hangs up (windows?) then resetting the printer and / or the PC will restart the job where it left off.

You need to first pause the job and then cancel it. If you have multiple hug jobs then you start canceling the last job and then work your way to the first job when then needs to be paused before it can be canceled.

A spooler hangs up if the job has the wrong paper size, document source (back input instead of ADF input) or (rarely) a corrupted document.

If you let windows manage your printer, and the last time you printed it was to an envelopel, then windows may send your spreadsheet document to an envelope.

check your defaults

You can also set defaults such as the paper source that the feeder pulls from.
