Product: OfficeJet 5255/ Starter Ink
I am getting an error telling me to use my starter ink to begin using my printer. I am using the cartridges that I received in the box, but they are not working. How can I order a new set of starter ink cartridges for my OfficeJet 5255? The virtual agent is not helpful and i can't seem to find contact information anywhere for HP service. Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
