Streaks after head cleaning and changing out the ink

Example: hp office jet 6962

So my printer is printing great on some jobs and really bad streaks on others. I've changed  the ink cartridges did several head cleanings tried the project on several different programs, unplugged waited at least 2 minutes plugged it back up and the same.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

  • Which device are you printing from?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
