I reset my OfficeJet Pro 9015 to cold restart. I subscribed to instant ink. I'm now stuck since it's trying to print the alignment page, but it says that it can't since I have instant ink cartridges and they aren't enrolled! This is really a bug! I've tried resetting the printer by shutting down. I can't shut down in the normal way, since it hangs on the shutting down screen. I've unplugged the power cord, and unplugged it from the wall for 30 seconds, but when I restart I'm in the same situation. Any further suggestions? Is there a way to do a factory reset by just using the on/off button?

I found this, and it worked for me. One of my ink cartridges was low.
