Hello
I replaced my ink cartridge all 4 colors(blue, magenta, yellow and black)-ink product #962 and it’s been saying validating for a few weeks now. I’ve unplugged my printer and left it off for a few minutes , cleaned out the ink area and reinstalled the cartridges, and even did a hard reset and it still says validating…please wait. Can you please provide any suggestions how to fix this error?
