Good evening. I have got the HP Envy 6020e since 2022. At start, I had problems with the wireless connection. So, I used the USB. Now, there are stuck print jobs and I can't print anything

Hi @Roberta2112,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
1. Restart the Print Spooler Service:
Windows:
- Type "Services" in the Windows search bar and open it.
- Find "Print Spooler" in the list.
- Right-click on "Print Spooler" and select "Restart."
Mac:
- Choose “System Preferences” from the Apple menu.
- Click “Printers & Scanners.”
- Right-click (or Control-click) your printer in the Printers list and choose “Reset printing system.”
2. Clear the Print Queue:
- Check the printer icon in the system tray and double-click it to open the print queue window. Cancel all print jobs listed.
3. Check USB Connection:
- If you're using a USB connection, ensure that the cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer. Try another USB port or use a different USB cable to rule out any connection issues.
4. Update Printer Drivers:
- Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support website and check for any available updates for your printer model.
5. Restart Devices:
- Turn off your printer and computer. Wait a few seconds, then turn them back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
6. Re-setup the Printer:
- If the issue persists, consider reinstalling your printer. Remove the printer from your devices list and then add it back.
I hope this helps.
