I changed all the ink cartridges and I still have the following message:

« there is a problem with the supply system.

try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non empty cartridge.

if message reappears again, record message and contact HP »

I bought and replaced 4 new HP genuine.

the problem is still there…

Hi,

the error indicates an empty ink cartridge.

 

As you mention you've replaced all 4 ink cartridges, which color indication is listed above or below the error message? you should see either Black (K), Cyan (C), Yellow (Y) or Magenta (M) colored indication next to the message,

 

You may see any specific or multiple ink cartridges indicated.

 

Try switching the indicated ink cartridge with the previous one, to deny any possible ink cartridges mixing among the new and older cartridge.

 

Also, please be sure to indicate your exact printer model in case of further issues.
