Hi Team,
I had raised a ticket with your team on 19th September regarding printing issues with my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M183fw printer (Case ID: edited).
On 22nd September, a technician visited my place but informed me that he was not the right person to repair this model and assured me that another technician would come to fix it. However, it has now been over a week, and no one has visited to resolve the issue.
I have been calling the customer care center almost every day for follow-ups, but I am only being told that the ticket is escalated to the senior level and that someone will attend to it. Unfortunately, nothing has been done so far.
I am very disappointed with this delay and lack of resolution. Please confirm if HP has the right technician available to repair this printer and let me know how much longer I am expected to wait. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure the printer is fixed at the earliest.
Thanks & Regards,
