THE LIGHTS ON MY TOUCHPAD ARE SKEWED. WHEN I PRESS THE 'HOME' ICON, IT TAKES ME TO THE HELP SCREEN.
WHEN I PRESS THE QUESTION MARK ICON, IT TAKES ME TO THE HOME SCREEN.
THE TWO ICONS ARE WORKING IN REVERSE.
I have updated firmware. I have unplugged power cord and the cord from the wall. Waited 3 minutes . Held Power button for 30 seconds and then plugged everything back up. I did not use surge protector or extension cord. After the printer rebooted, the 'question mark' icon is on instead of the 'home' icon. Help!

Hi @IMP55,
I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

I apologize for taking so long to reply. I am waiting for another modem. I think the solution that you suggested is the way to go even though I have not done it yet. I was going to reset my printer to the default settings initially. I just thought there might have been a 'shortcut'. That being said, it looks like have to reset it anyway. 😁
Thank you for the solution. I accept it.
