Hello, when I print, the printer adds special characters at the bottom of the page, even when I copy a document, and even when I use another computer or any software like Word, PDF, etc. I have reset, uninstalled, and reinstalled the settings, turned the computer and printer off and on, but the problem persists. Can you help me?
