Run Print Head Cleaning:

  • Access the printer’s control panel or HP Smart app to perform a printhead cleaning cycle. This can help unclog any blocked nozzles.
  • Open HP Printer Assistant or HP Smart app.
  • Select your printer, then go to “Maintenance” or “Printer Maintenance.”
  • Choose “Clean Printhead” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Align Printhead:

  • Sometimes misalignment can cause printing issues. Use the HP software to align the printhead.
  • Open HP Printer Assistant or HP Smart app.
  • Select your printer, then go to “Maintenance” or “Printer Maintenance.”
  • Choose “Align Printhead” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check for Blockages:

  • Inspect the ink nozzles for any visible blockages or dried ink. Use a lint-free cloth and distilled water to gently clean the area if necessary.

Update Printer Firmware and Software:

  • Ensure your printer’s firmware and software are up to date. You can check for updates on the HP Support website or through the HP Smart app.

Perform a Print Quality Diagnostic Report:
