HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Prin
macOS 10.12 Sierra

The buttons in the display on the front of my HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer series do not work.  I leave it turned on all the time, plugged into the wall outlet.  It has been harder to push the buttons sometimes but now they don't respond.

With the power on, unplug the unit from the wall outlet.  Wait 10 mins.  Plug the unit back into the wall outlet not using any power strip or surge protector.  Power the unit up if it does not.  Status now?
