@Miker222, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Blank Display Screen on HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP ENVY 4520 printer display screen is blank, follow the steps below to try to resolve the issue:

Check the Power Connection:

  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the printer and the power outlet.
  • If possible, connect the printer to a different power outlet to rule out any issues with the outlet.

Restart the Printer:

  • With the printer connected to a working power outlet, press the Power button to turn it on.
  • If the printer does not respond, disconnect the power cord from the printer and power outlet, wait for about 15 seconds, and then reconnect it.
  • Try pressing the Power button again to turn on the printer.

Perform a Reset:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer while it is turned on.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 15 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • If the printer does not turn back on automatically, press the Power button.

Check for Any Signs of Life:

  • Look inside the printer to check for any green lights indicating that the printer is receiving electrical power.
  • Check the On button located on the printer. If it is not lit, press the On button.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
