Hi @VeronikaJan,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Laserjet M110WE printer shows the document as completed but nothing is printed, try the following troubleshooting steps.

Check the Printer Status:

  • Ensure the printer is turned on and has no error messages or blinking lights on the control panel.
  • Make sure there is paper in the tray, and the paper is properly loaded.

Check the Connection:

  • Verify that the printer is correctly connected to your computer or network, either via USB or Wi-Fi.
  • If using Wi-Fi, check that the printer is connected to the correct network and that the signal is strong.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Check the Print Queue:

  • Go to the print queue on your computer:
    • On Windows, go to "Control Panel" > "Devices and Printers" > Right-click your printer > "See what's printing."
    • On macOS, go to "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners" > Select your printer > "Open Print Queue."
  • If there are any stuck or paused print jobs, clear them.

Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor to automatically diagnose and fix common printing issues.

Check for Printer Driver Issues:

  • Make sure your printer driver is up-to-date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.
  • If the driver is corrupted, try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver.

Check the Print Settings:

  • Ensure that the correct printer is selected as the default printer.
  • Verify that the paper size, type, and source settings match what’s loaded in the printer.

Print a Test Page:

  • Try printing a test page directly from the printer's control panel to see if the printer is functioning properly.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve issues.

Reset the Printer:

  • If none of the above steps work, you might consider performing a factory reset on the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
