after the firmware upgrade to  FDP1CN2022AR

i am unable to replace my empty in cartridge with  a third party cartridges, so i need to roll back the software

Hi @michael_e6,

 

This is Dynamic security enabled printer. The Firmware Update may prevent supplies with non-HP chips or circuitry from working.

 

Note: For printers manufactured prior to December 1, 2016 dynamic security will not be enabled by the firmware. Please note that HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP cartridges.

hi 

i am not sure i understand what is said in the document, am i correct is saying that if i upgraded to the latest firmware it will fix the problem, i thought the autoupdate  updated to the latest firmware
