Could you please elaborate on what's happening with your printer? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it! 

 

Meanwhile you can try these general troubleshooting steps:

 

If your HP LaserJet M110w is not responding, try these troubleshooting steps:

 

Restart Everything

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Restart your computer and router.

 

Check Printer Connection

  • If using WiFi, ensure the printer is connected to the correct network:
    • Press and hold the WiFi button for 10 seconds to print a Configuration Report.
    • If the IP address is 0.0.0.0, reconnect the printer using HP Smart.
  • If using USB, try a different USB port and cable.

 

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Download the latest drivers from HP Support
  • Uninstall the printer from Windows:
    • Control PanelDevices and Printers → Right-click your printer → Remove Device.
  • Reinstall the driver and reconnect the printer.

 

Reset the Printer

  • Press & hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons for 10+ seconds until the printer resets.
  • Reconnect it using HP Smart or WiFi Direct.

 

Check Print Queue

  • Open SettingsPrinters & Scanners → Select your printer → Open Queue.
  • Cancel all pending jobs and try printing again.
