Hi @Kingthomas1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

A 50.7 Fuser Error on your HP LaserJet printer typically indicates a problem with the fuser unit, specifically related to a warm-up issue. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the error.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
  • Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.

Check the Environment:

  • Ensure the room temperature is within the recommended operating range for your printer (usually between 15-30°C or 59-86°F).
  • Verify the printer is not operating in a location prone to low temperatures, as this can cause issues with the fuser warm-up process.

Inspect the Fuser Unit:

  • If you have experience with printer maintenance, turn off and unplug the printer. Then, check the fuser unit for visible damage or obstructions.
  • Caution: The fuser can be very hot. Make sure the printer is cool before inspecting the fuser.

Verify Power Supply:

  • Ensure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet and not through a power strip or surge protector, which can limit the power supply.
  • Check that the wall outlet is supplying adequate power.

Reset the Printer:

  • Some issues can be resolved by performing a factory reset on the printer. Follow the instructions in your printer's user guide to reset to factory settings.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer that might fix this issue. Visit the HP support website for your printer model and download the latest firmware updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
