The lights listed in the title are on but the printer itself isn't turned on. Does anyone have any ideas on what this error code is?

@Ganesh_Thyadi, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Wi-Fi direct!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I hear you — it’s definitely strange (and frustrating) to see all those lights glowing while the power button looks like it’s asleep. That usually points to the printer being stuck in a firmware or hardware “limbo mode.”

Here are a few things you can try:

Power reset

Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer while it’s still on.

Wait a good 60 seconds.

Plug it back directly into a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors if possible) and try the power button again.

Check for stuck buttons

Gently press each button once — sometimes a button can get slightly pressed in and confuse the printer.

Force restart (if step 1 doesn’t help)

Unplug the power cord again.

Hold the power button for 15–20 seconds while unplugged.

Reconnect and try powering on.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
