There is a shadow at the bottom part of the page repeating what is printed on the page.

I have an HP color laser 150, just over a year old and not used very much since purchase. It was working fine until today and now on every page there is a ghost print of the content at the bottom of each page.

I have a number for HP support and after 2 hours on the phone today I think I may have made progress. I'll provide more details once the discussions are finalised.

Thank you, I also called the support and repair centre and had to send them some o my   print outs and the printer report. They after a few hours they said I need a new fuses hardware. I have to wait for quotation and a HP technician will come to my home. Good service so far. 

But my printer is only 1 1/2 year old  and after only about 350 Prints/scans I won’t receive warranty  for hardware failure - disappointing
