Product: HP Office Jet Pro 9018
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I am getting the error for almost all of the features on the Office Jet Pro 9018 printer - "this feature has been locked by the person who setup the printer". I am not able to turn the WiFI on, change the time or able to reset the printer, all the reset features are greyed out, please help

Most features are turned off by default to improve security on printers. You enable these features by logging into the embedded web  server. The default user name is admin and the password is the same as the default wifi password printed on a label on the back of the printer.
