HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 that just stopped working because it was offline.  I got that fixed but now I can't print because the printer is not enrolled in HP instant ink.  It is however and confirmed in HP Instant Ink.  I'm now trying to update my printer but am getting: "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer".  I set up the printer but don't know where to even look to unlock the feature.  Need help.  Thanks.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We have to perform a SemiFull Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
