My printer was turned on and the touchscreen control panel was working fine like all other functions, scanning, printing ...

I clicked on the help button ("?") on the touchscreen control panel then the touchscreen control panel turned black.

Since then and after resetting the printer several times (unplugged the cord, waited at least 60 seconds, plugged again in a wall plug), the touchscreen control panel remains black. Printing is ok but scanning doesn't work anymore too.

 

It looks like more a software issue than a hardware one.

My printer has only 2.5 years ..
