Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I installed new cartridges, installed the printer cordless and stil the touchscreen keeps saying that i buyed the real cartridges.

But the prints i received out of it are just some black lines, printer was not used for a while but was standing without cartridges just spend 100€ on new cartridges and spend 2 hours searching on website HP for solutions and i still have the same results.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please follow the instructions in Step 4 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03425035 to clean the Printhead

 

Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware, Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
