On my HP Instant Ink page it says a shipment is on its way and a tracking id is given with a link. When I click the link I end up at DHL and "Sorry, your tracking attempt was not successful. Please check your tracking number or select one of the options below." My phone broke down and I can not receive an SMS for the shipment so I need to manually track it (if you don't send an email when the package has arrived at my pickup point/delivered to my home). But when the tracking ID is not working so I can't see where the package is. Format is LYnnnnnnnnnDE (nine digits) and is not matching any format given on DHL's site.
If I go to https://track.aftership.com/dhl-germany/ it says Pending - Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier. It was sent April 9 according to the info on my page.

Is your printer connected to the internet?
I understand your concern and situation and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments. It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data. Any issues will be shown with steps to fix. Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com
Also, if the issue still persists, please share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and ship you the replacement ink cartridges.

I got an email with a tracking id, I also had the link on my page here. THe link did not work. The link to DHL tracking system has nothing to do if my printer is online or not (but it was online).
Now I got the ink delivered to my mailbox instead of the post office. But the tracking site still says
According to the info I got in the email "VIKTIGT: För att försäkra att dina bläckleveranser kommer fram som de ska krävs en signatur vid leveransen. Om du inte är hemma när leveransen görs lämnas ett meddelande med information om din leverans. Leveransen kan hämtas upp på ett postkontor från och med följande dag och finns kvar där i ungefär två veckor. Du kan begära en ny leverans via telefon. Kontakta ditt lokala postkontor för fler leveransalternativ." says a signature is required to get the delivery and if I'm not home it would be left at the post office, that was not followed. I really hope the ink can manage -30-40 C in the winter is that is how they will be delivered.

I understand your concern. The ink shipment is done to deliver ink to the door.
However, As you received an email from the courier company. So I request you to contact them to check with them about the delivery.
Also, if you have issues with the ink cartridges, please write back to us we will try our best to help you out.
