Hi wonder if can help

 

had a new printer delivered today all set up fine, however since adding paper says tray is open even though it isn’t. I’ve tried making sure it shut took some paper out incase that was the issue with zero luck

 

its rather frustrating as I need this printer for work

 

any help please
