Product: HP Officejet 9500 E910
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer HP Officejet 9500  E910 shows permamently  Error =x61011beb

All countermeasures describe in the Chat were alraedy done

New Ink Cartidges, Off/ On, Power Disconect, Check Paper Jam, New SW / Driver Update check, etc..

 

PROBLEM STILL EXISITING

 

The online Support was ablsoutely useless! 

Fill out the same questions over and over again, Serial. No.  / Product No.

Would not recogognize-> Inputs Repeats several times necessary!

No Help!
