Hi,

Is the printer connected to a LAN port of the router?

What is your PC's IP Address? you may check this by searching from CMD and launching Command Prompt, then type IPCONFIG and press enter, locate the value IPv4 address for your PC.

You can simply change the address from the control panel of the printer as well.
