Product: HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

Please help. My printer will only print parts of a letter I have typed.  I have cleaned the heads and changed the cartridges etc.  Ive turned the printer off but nothing seems to work.

 

Thank you in advance, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do other types of files print properly? If not, then you have an unresolved head issue and will need to perform additional head cleaning cycles. If other types of files print fine then you have a software or driver issue and need to look at updates for word.
