Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

UA_400_EB000U0422. The printer was set up earlier with a different account. Log in to that account and continue setup. If the printer is being set up for the first time, contact support.

 

  • On the error screen, click Exit Setup.
  • From the HP Smart app, click Finish Setup, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
    • Note: If Finish Setup is not available, close the HP Smart app and reopen it.
  • If the error persists, install HP Smart onto another device that has access to your network and add the printer. After the printer is added, try again to add it on the device with the error.
