Product: Hp envy 5020

I need to return some ink cartridges. I requested the return on my account, this has been accepted and a courier is coming to collect them. The courier has sais they will not accept the parcel without a return address. None of the information I have received has a UK returns address. I have tried twitter, email, calling, with no success. Please can you provide a returns address for the UK.
