I have been unable to claim rewards for two ink cartridges installed in August, nor the replacement black cartridge required after the previous one produced just 40 pages of standard black text.
Why cannot I not claim the rewards? Why is the cost of printing using the HP Desk Jet 2130 at home so much greater than using a print shop?

Exactly which post are you replying to?
As you can see, there are six pages of posts in this thread. So, to make the process work, you need to reference the original.
You can use the quote facility. It is a very easy process but if you are not sure how to do that, let us know and we can help. Rather than quoting, you can name the individual. As you can see, I have used both methods in my reply to you.
In any event, throwing in one-liner rhetorical questions are not helpful.

This issue is from 2017. It is now 2019. Is anyone looking into this??
No one is looking into this. The program ended in 2017. If you are still getting messages about rewards when you install new supplies it means you have not updated your driver. I would suggest you install the most recent driver from HP.
