Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw

Hi, I have two LAsjetpro m477fnw laser jets printers, On one of them, I am having an issue with the USB ports not recognizing the USB Flash drive when i go to print/scan from USB.

 

Is there a setting I am missing to turn on the USB ports? Both front and back USB ports are not recognizing USB flash drive and I have tried a few different USB to make sure it was not an issue with the one I wanted to use.

 

I read somewhere that the USB ports might have been turned off? I checked the administration enabled features page/tab and all three boxes are checked (USB Flash Drive, Scan to Email, Scan to Network folder.

 

Any advise on where to start/look?
