Is it possible to get HP support to help with a problem?  

The Virtual Assistant can't help.

When I ask her to connect me by phone I get an assortment of errors, including something about not being able to find the system that I need.  When I use their messenger.com service I get the automatic response that they will respond in two hours.  It's been a week.

 

Is there actually hep available for customers?  How do I make contact with a real person who can solve problems?
