Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5075 All in one printer
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Hi,

I have HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5075 All in one wireless printer which I have been using for past 1 year. I have installed the HP Smart app and HP Print plugin on my Andorid 8.0 mobile phone. I am able to print PDF and JPG documents. But the HP Smart app does not allow me to print Microsoft Word documents - it says "document type not supported". Please help.

You can only print PDF and Jpeg on HP Smart App. Even while scanning the documents will be scanned and saved as PDF or Jpeg
