Does HP block your account if your warantee expires?  I have been unable to print, although I have ink and and my InstaInk account is currently paid.  I get an error message that says "There is an issue with your account that must be resolved before you can print."  What is the issue?  I cannot get assistance from HP although I have been trying for two months.  I cannot get a human and the chat box does not address this issue.  Can anyone please help me?
