Try reset it and then reconnect
The 55xx uses the 2.4ghz band. If the setup video below does not help make sure the modem has a different SSID for the 2.4 and 5ghz bands

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.
