There is no memory card attached or inserted in the printer. I have tried a hard reset with no success and I am unable access the touch screen because of the message. I have downloaded the latest firmware, but when I run the HP Printer Update the status says Up-To-date. However I am wary of this message because the firmware I downloaded has a date of October 2020 and I haven't updated any driver or firmware for this printer since at least March of this year unless there an autoupdate happened without me knowing.
I am actually able to print but have no access to the printers touch screen and so can't manage the printers functions on the printer. The HP diagnostic tool I downloaded from the HP support site, HP Print & Scan Doctor 5.5, detects the printer and successfully prints a test page when I run it.
The printer worked fine and the last print job before this error was a print job which was sent to the printer via the printers email address.
