I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing lack of resolution for my HP support case (ID: [edit]). This case was registered on 19th October 2024, and, despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

Every time I am contacted by HP, I am told to "wait 24 to 48 hours" and that I will be called back with an update. This has become an unacceptable cycle of empty promises, with no tangible results. especially considering that my product is still under warranty.

It is incredibly disheartening to receive the same response every time, with no action taken. I expect a prompt resolution, and I would appreciate it if you could escalate this matter to the appropriate department.

Please provide me with the contact details of a complaint center or escalate this case to a higher level of management. I need a firm commitment and an immediate resolution to this issue.
