The Firmware Update to my printer stopped communicating with the toner cartridges that I have been using for 8 MONTHS!!!
They are not HP but have been working just fine until the update. I bought an HP for a lot of good reasons and I will NOT be purchasing another for my business if HP runs their business against the small guys!! Can this be fixed before I purchase another brand? This printer is only 2 yrs old!!!
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
