WHICH cartridge must be replaced? WHY doesn't it say?

Officejetr 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

"The following ink cartridge(s) must be replaced.  O

 

It doesn't say color or black, it shows a O.

I was printing letters with black, replaced the cartridge with a brand new black HP 61 XL and the error message stays on.

I hate HP.

on the hp site it says if the ink icon is blinking...remove the cartridges 0ne by one and put them back in one at a time. when one starts blinking in the icon window ...that's the one that needs replacing,.  good luck
