Hello all,

 

im in need of help. All of a sudden my printer won’t print anything, every time I go and print something, I’m greeted with this message on the printer touchscreen. ‘Wait until the printer finishes before you push in the output tray extender.' Tried hard resetting the printer but to no joy! Anybody have a solution???
