Want a refund - 17 months charged £7.99 without my printer being connected or printing anything

I've been charged 17 months of £7.99 allotments without realising. My printer MALFUNCTIONED and has not been connected to wifi for almost the whole time, I've received no ink in the post and have not printed a single page. I would appreciate a refund and would like to know how I can receive this refund? Seems ridiculous to have been charged £135.83 for having not printed a SINGLE PAGE over this period...
