Warranty supposedly expired

I purchased this printer in October of 2019. Warranty check status shows it started in May of 2019 and expired on June 3, 2020. This doesn’t make sense and I suppose that I am out of luck, but since this is the second one in a year to break, I am irritated. I can’t see how to reach support. Any suggestions?

The online warranty checks determinate warranty start and end date by printers serial number.

It the printer was sitting in a store or a warehouse before you purchased for 6 months it's normal that the warrant check date is not the same as your purchased date/warranty start date.

if you hold a valid proof of purchase you are fine, just need to dispute warranty with HP
