I had to replace the transfer belt becase it got damaged. have tried two belts and a whole new assembly and still getting these streaks. the fuser seems to be good upon inspection. only thing i can think of is the brush on the transfer belt but i cannot find a replacement. the tone is new as well. however i did notice if i remove the transfer belt assembly and put it back it is gone or minimal for the first couple prints

When you say new belt it sounds like you purchased just the mylar and not the entire assembly.  In most cases the cleaning system on the belt is the issue and not the mylar. If you cannot locate all the sub parts of the belt you would have been better off buying a complete assembly rather than trying to piece meal it.

i replaced the mylar once and due to this same issue i ended up buying a whole assembly, but it didn't come with the small strip (i think its called a brush) with the fibers
