Product: HP OfficeJet 7500A Wide Format Printer

My printer has recently stopped printing and shows me a "There is a problem with your printer. Refer to Printer documentation 0x6100004c." I lost my booklet for it and I can't seem to find the manual online. Could anybody help me fix it?

@savemyprinter, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

A 0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays.

Also, perform step 2 from this document - Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
