HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer

Deskjet plus 4100 all in one printer, all lights on the panel are blinking after I pushed the cancel button and wifi button for 3 seconds. I never had this happen when I set up my printer. Also got a mismatch paper error.

Hi @MsLisa,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Holding down the Cancel button and the Wi-Fi button on an HP Printer for 3 seconds will typically initiate the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) process. During this process, the printer attempts to connect to a wireless network using WPS.

If the printer successfully connects to the network, the Wi-Fi light on the printer will stop blinking and remain solid. At this point, the printer should be connected to the network and ready to use.

If the printer is not able to connect to the network, the Wi-Fi light on the printer will continue to blink. In this case, you may need to try the WPS process again, or use an alternate method to connect the printer to the network, such as manually entering the network name and password.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
